Wrightson Stewart are excited to be associated with Umber Productions' Water Wars - a new work of national significance by Elaine Acworth.
Opening on 4'th August as part of the La Boite Indie Season, Water Wars is a timely and darkly funny exploration of what happens between neighbours as our country gallops between flood and drought.
Set in a time of water scarcity, but referencing past time of flood, Water Wars charts the bumpy road of neighbourliness as people decide that their way is the only water way, and tempers fray, then explode.
It plots the descent into madness of the occupants of a regular street, in any suburb or small town - the very people who saved each other in the floods years before.
Tickets are now available through La Boite.
We look forward to you joining us!

san francisco...
I have just returned from 2 weeks in sensational San Francisco.
One of the most exciting things about San Francisco is the eclectic mix of architecture!
This is mainly due to the challenging of building on San Francisco's legendary inclines and the amazing mix of various cultures and their individual identities.
From classic Victorians to Mid-Century to modern architecture - San Franciscan architecture is a great example of how architecture represents a city and its' community!
